Adding a 2"extension under the bottom of the column base can give you back thespace you need.The column riser block set includes the 2" riser block plus thelonger bolts needed to extend through the block and into the millcolumn base. While you will probably not want to leave thisextension in place all the time, having it available for those tallsetups can make your life a lot easier.
