NON STOCK Army 1963 Pattern TCU Jungle Fatigue Jacket

The TCU (Tropical Combat Uniform), designed for hot climates in Southeast Asia, differs from the OG-107 Utility Uniform. Inspired by the WWII M-42 parachute jacket, it features slanted pockets and was standardized in 1963, nicknamed "Jungle Shirt." The first-generation TCU used cotton poplin with exposed buttons and shoulder straps, now rare due to limited production during early Vietnam War. This replica faithfully reproduces the 1963 1st-gen TCU, using 230-240g plain-weave cotton (slightly heavier than the original). Details like gas-flap closures, 3D pockets, drainage eyelets, and bellows cuffs are meticulously replicated, including military-standard labels for authenticity.
