The CRL Center-Hung "Walking Beam" Top Pivot is intended for use with Floor Closers and center-hung free-swing floor pivots. The door arm provides lateral adjustment to ensure that the door is plumb. These Pivots are fully mortised and non-handed. The pivot pin is 19/32" (15 mm) in diameter and accommodates top door clearance up to 1/2"(13 mm). Supplied with finished cover plate. Stainless Steel Advisory: Although Stainless Steel is resistant to corrosion, it is not rust or stain-proof. CRL recommends periodic maintenance to help maintain its factory finish.
